Togo (West Africa)

  • This project is an initiative of HCI local team in Togo and is part of a larger campaign of mobilization regarding STIs / HIV / AIDS prevention in several localities of Togo.

  • In order to strengthen this mobilization, the Hope Commission International team wants to take the initiative this year by doing outreaches in schools and places of vocational training, villages, and cities.  This includes reminding students, apprentices, and villagers of the dangers associated with risky lifestyles.

SEW Girls Can Lean Project


Togo (West Africa)

  • The objective through this project is to help underprivileged girls in the city of Lomé, the capital city of Togo, West Africa and its surrounding areas with a center that offers practical training activities in sewing and embroidery.

  • HCI aims to contribute to the rehabilitation and socio-professional reintegration of out-of-school girls and those in need.

Outreach to street children

Togo and Burkina Faso (West Africa)

  • Go to meet local children and their parents in order to listen and talk to them. This helps us to gain a better understanding of their concerns, desires, and wishes.

  • Carry out education, family, or socio-professional reintegration of the target children.

  • Undertake any kind of active awareness that would contribute to the happiness of the children and their families.

  • Help children in difficult situations, such as the homeless, disabled, and victims of trafficking, abuse, neglect and abandonment.  Various reception centers in the country bring our social and humanitarian expertise to these fragile and vulnerable beings and sponsored children.

Widows and Orphans

Burkina Faso (West Africa)

The vision:

  • To provide support to widows by encouraging the development entrepreneurship and other valuable skills.  This is in an effort to help widows to be self-sufficient and support their children. 

  • To support orphaned children to be able to attend school, by providing scholarships.

Health capacity and outraches

Cote d'Ivoire/ ivory Coast (West Africa)

The current HCI project has been implemented in Cote d’Ivoire:
  • Fighting against neglected, tropical diseases in the Gagnoa health district, which targets 1,000,000 men and women.

  • Improving access to water, sanitation and hygiene for vulnerable people in Bouna, which targets 3,350 men and women.

  • Employing the Every-Child Project for improving access to micronutrients for boys and girls aged 6 to 59 months, which targets 1,400,000 people in 24 districts in Cote d’Ivoire.
